Delivery 

Delivery for cards and prints is charged depending on weight and uses standard Royal Mail costs.

Delivery for framed items is on request. Please purchase the item via the website and then contact me for a delivery cost. I will send a separate invoice to cover this.

Returns

As a one man band I can only accept returns if they are faulty in some way. If your goods arrive and you have an issue with them please contact me here lisa@kleinsmiede.com as soon as possible.

Commissions are not refundable. I will send high quality scans before asking for payment. Once they are approved and paid for I cannot accept them back.
